Usage of Dr. Reckeweg R189:

R189 is indicated for the disorders associated with nails. It is good for weak, soft, and brittle nails. Nails can reveal the overall health. Dry and brittle nails are linked to thyroid disorder and could be the reason for fungal infection.

Action Mechanism of Dr. Reckeweg R189:

R189 is comprised of three main ingredients like Acidum hydrofluoricum which improves the quality of brittle and fragile nails. It helps in the development of toenails and fingernails. Silicea has a specific role in suppurations in the grooves of the nail bed and decreases the falling of the nails. Thuja is an effective ingredient for brittle, soft, and easily broken nails.

Dosage:

Take 5 to 10 drops of R189 daily 6 times with a little amount of water.
